Concierge Services for the Home

The Accessory Place (TAP) Concierge is designed to provide worry-free repair and services with the home up to and including scheduling the repair or maintenance services, meeting the technicians at the home in the event the homeowner is unable to, completing the repair or maintenance and securing the home after we depart. 

We have an extensive network of professional subcontractors and craftsmen that have been throughly vetted to provide the highest quality of work for your home. We arrange all aspects of the project from pricing to scheduling and supervision. We and our trade technicians are vetted and bonded for your security and peace of mind. Many of our services technicians are available the day you call or are next day services 

TAP Concierge will add 30% to the estimate service or repair bill for our services 

A call to TAP Concierge stars the process. A description of the work to be done is provided by the homeowner along with a credit card. Arrangements can be made for TAP Concierge to meet the service technician at the home (should you not be able to be there). We will meet the technician, obtain a dollar estimate of the repair, text this information to you and then begin the repair. After the repair is completed, we will text you again, insure the repair site is clean and secure the house after we depart.

If the work to be done is more substantial (i.e. sheetrock repair & painting, refinish floors, etc. ) we will obtain your approval before commencing work. 

However you choose to use us, however, you can be assured the work will be done right, on time and with little to no time commitment on your part.
